Smiggle products expensive but cheaply made. Bag purchased less than 6 weeks ago and the arm strap ripped this morning. This is the second time we've had an issue with Smiggle and their products breaking after a couple of months use - the first was their water bottle cracking after 2 weeks. What's worse than the cheap products they make is the absolutely abysmal customer service - they clearly don't care and just trot out a 'send it back yourself'. They act as if they're doing you a favour letting you take your own time to organise a return and offer nothing to compensate the time and effort being taken because their product broke. Smiggle products are rubbish, the company don't care about their customers, and don't waste your money on these.

Poor customer service, poor design water bottles. Fed up of having to go back to the store to get replacements for water bottles that keep not working properly. Lovely designs but very poor technically. Not worth the price. Won't be buying their water bottles again.

A watch we ordered wasn't working on Xmas day. Sent a message to customer services and explained we were in tier 4 and unable to get to town. A replacement was immediately sent.

Two spritz drink bottles gifted to us this Christmas for children. The water bottles are impossible to drink from. Will have to throw away as they serve absolutely no purpose.

I should have read the reviews here before making my purchase! I ordered two gift cards on the 12th of December and paid extra for Express Delivery. Note that they do not offer the option of buying e-gift card (how stupid is that?). I tried calling the Customer Services 4 times but gave up after 25 minutes on hold. I sent them 3 emails with no reply! As I realised that the cards won’t make it on time, I had to go to the Smiggle shop and purchase them AGAIN but in person. Do not buy from this business online as the way they do business is shocking.. I paid via PayPal so will dispute the transaction.

I have got for both my kids backpacks and because of covid the were able to use them only from beginning of November and my daughter's look awful inside on the bottom. Waist of money. I'm afraid that in a week or 2 she will lose everything from her backpack.just disappointed ? ? ?

Very poor product and customer service. Ordered a backpack for son for school last Xmas. Needless to say it has hardly been used due to lockdown prob 6 months worth of use tops. In this time the handle has frayed beyond belief, the zip has gone and the inside of the bag is peeling/disintegrating. Appalling quality . Apparently customer service cannot do anything as the bag is now over 6 months old. Clearly that is all they expect it to last and from the look of my sons bag that is all they will last. Do not waste your money on these dreadful backpacks.

Very overpriced water bottles, we bought 2 types for our daughter,the spray one and another and they both started leaking after only a month. Do not buy any of the bottles you might as well go to wish and buy the same for a fraction of the price and that will leak but at least you would expect it.

Despite reading the reviews before ordering I thought I would give it a go anyway and I'm really glad that I did because from ordering to receiving delivery I had no problems whatsoever. Very pleased with my items price and quality, hence 5 stars. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to re-order.

Smiggle boys squishy blue water bottle has leaked from day one. You turn it upside down and the water just pours out. It has just leaked all over my bag on the way home from school.

Awful customer service! Ordered online, after not receiving any update on order after 10days I Was told they didn’t know where items were or what had happened to them. Now not got items I needed in time for back to school. Not helpful at all!Will not be ordering from them again.

Smiggle decided to cancel my order for no apparent reason-then it took them more than a week to confirm that it was in fact cancelled and could not be reinstated. Completely useless customer service I would not recommend and they didn’t have the common decency to even say sorry.
